Theories of Motivation The theory by Charles Darwin theory, is where instinct theory is one of the motivational theories that has been applied in various organizations to shape organizational culture and structure. The theory has been applied along Maslow’s theory to enhance an adaptive culture in an organization. This paper evaluates the two theories and gives a deeper explanation on each.
